OIGAA is a web-activated application for user communications. This means there is no special need for hardware or software to be installed on the PC. All communications can be managed and run through OIGAA ME. The end user web-based application designed to run in Internet Explorer.

Nevertheless, for end user backwards compatibility, OIGAA extensions can be mapped into any SIP compatible IP phone or adaptor, thus providing the end user plain telephony experience from the handset. 

If an old PBX is being used at the business, any OIGAA extension can also be integrated to it as a trunk VoIP line. This way, it enables calls between the PBX extensions and OIGAA users. The old system, on the other hand, is not permanently removed.
 
When the user is away from the PC or IP phone, OIGAA can run on any IP enabled mobile handset, either 3G or Wi-Fi running Windows Mobile operating system.

If you only have a plain GSM mobile handset, you could still send and receive OIGAA calls without any IP connection at all.

OIGAA as a web-based application service doesn’t need any additional hardware or software to be installed while the user runs it over the Internet. When other existing devices are requested by the user, OIGAA can easily fit on them, thus providing the best user experience over terminals and networks.
