In the real world, most organizations still run old PBXs or some kind of IP PBX without the features and facilities which OIGAA provides. They are proud to replace their current communication system with a totally web based application over the Internet.

To address this barrier, OIGAA can be easily integrated with the current PBX by configuring any extension as a trunk line for the PBX. This is done by enabling call transfers between PBX extensions and OIGAA users without any cost.

To do this, you only need an analog adaptor like Linksys PAP2, which can auto configure from the system administrator panel and map the extensions you choose. It can also connect with any line of your PBX trunk.

OIGAA users, when calling those trunk extensions, will place their call to the PBX; typically to the receptionist who routes to the right people. When PBX extensions want to place a call to any OIGAA user, they dial the appropriate route prefix to route the trunk line and get a tone. After that, they can dial the user extensions or any external number too.

If you have an IP PBX, integration is much easier through the SIP account related to the user extension. The system administrator can get it from the control panel.

OIGAA can coexist with old plain telephony PBX and replace it smoothly. After a couple of days running OIGAA, end users will decide only to use OIGAA to make calls, so that PBX replacement will be an accomplished fact.

OIGAA can provide, through PBX integration, an unlimited upgrade of extensions and lines to any PBX installation without growth capacity.
