OIGAA provides the international dial plan by default. That means the user has to place calls dialling <country code> + <local number>. The system administrator has the option to manage and change end user dial plans, to select one of the predefined ones: Andorra, Brazil (Sao Paulo), Chile (Santiago and Temuco), Colombia (Barranquilla, Bogota, Cali, Medellin), Germany, Italy, Spain, Turkey and USA.

OIGAA can provide support with local dial plans to global organizations where its employees reside in different countries. This is done by setting end user dial plan on-demand.
